She was honoured with an award for her Patriotic Conduct and Promotion of the Idea of Remembrance in memory of the late Bogdan Woźniak, alias "Szarak," a soldier of the Home Army and the Gray Ranks from the Parasol Battalion.

She has initiated and organized numerous key projects aimed at the Polish community such as Youth Work: She developed programs supporting young people in developing social, educational, and professional skills or Integration Meetings: She organized events aimed at combating social isolation, particularly among newly arrived families.

She actively collaborates with local partners and organizations worldwide. She builds relationships with authorities, charities, schools, and social institutions, ensuring the growth and stability of the organization. As a leader, she combines strategic thinking with a practical approach, which has allowed her to effectively develop the organization and ensure its financial stability and social significance over the years.
