Please fill in the referral form below and send it to : receptiondesk@pfsc.co.uk or post to 19 Smith's Place, Edinburgh, EH6 8NU. We aim to contact referred person directly as soon as possible, during busy periods it may take up to 4 weeks.

 

When we receive the referral, we will contact referred person directly and inform the Agency referring whether we are able to provide needed support.
